Description
Affiliate members are (a) natural persons of Greek or Greek Cypriot citizenship; (b) direct descendants of such persons referred to in (a); (c) a family member of such persons referred to in (a) or (b) regardless of nationality, religion or place of birth; or (d) any person or body corporate that. Affiliate members are any one or more of the requirements of (a) – (d), above and who have the right to receive notice of and attend annual general meetings of the Company but who do not have voting rights at such meetings. Affiliate Members will received notice of all member’s meetings and may attend those meetings. Affiliate Members are not entitled to vote.
